To register for any of our seminars, simply follow these easy steps:
- Fill out the online registration form.
- Expect a phone call from our friendly staff within 2 days.
- Give us payment information by phone, fax, or mail.
That's it! You don't even have to give us payment details online. We'll let you know what discounts you qualify for (like early bird discounts) when we speak with you, and you can clarify any questions you have before making your payment.

If you prefer to fill out paper copies of the registration forms, you can download and fill out the Workshop Registration Form, and fax or mail it to Jade Piearson, Program Director.

To get your $25 Gift Certificate for referring a qualified attendee, download the Referral Form complete it, and fax or mail it to Jade Piearson, Program Director.
