Payment Policy: Payment for the public workshops is due upon registration.
Payment for online registrations can be made by using Visa, or Mastercard.
Course fees include materials, refreshments and lunch (where applicable).
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the workshop.
To receive a 50% refund, you can cancel 14 to 29 calender days prior to the start date of the workshop.
You may contact us up to 7 days prior to the course date to transfer to another course; however, the new course substitution must be identified at that time. Substitutions for the same course can be applied up to the day of the course.
Important Notice About Guests: We would be very happy to have your spouse or friend join you for lunch; however, it will be necessary to plan ahead in order for the hotel and our staff to accommodate extra persons at mealtime. Please list any luncheon guests on your registration form.
For hotel guests: All workshops are held at the Spring Hill Suites Marriott with a special group rate. Spring Hill Suites Marriott, located at 201 North Towne Road, Sanford, Florida 32771.
Hotel reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and should be made at least 4 weeks prior to the date(s) of the workshop to ensure the low group room rate. Attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel accomodations.
Discounts: Discounts are available for most workshops. Our staff will review your eligible discounts when we follow up on your registration by phone. The discounts typically offered are:
$50 off for Early Bird (payment must be received 4 weeks prior to class date)
$50 off for Multiple Attendee
$25 off if you tell us how you heard about us (new registrations only)
$50 off for Returnee
Returnees who are repeating a workshop (remember, our content is continually revised) are eligible for substantial discounts based on "repeat" content.
