New On-Site Workshops: Held at your facility at your convenience!
We are now offering "ServSafe" Certified Professional Food Manager Classes. We have a one day class which includes a 5 hour review and exam. We also have a 2 day class which includes 12 hours of training followed by an exam. This class is perfect for someone new to the food industry or someone who has not been recertified in several years.
Classes can be provided at your site or at our "home site" in Sanford, Florida.
Food Safety Management Standards (Special Emphasis on ISO 22000, PAS 220 and other GFSI Approved Standards)
This course will include an overview of the BRC, SQF, Dutch HACCP and IFS. You will learn more about the methods required to enhance and keep your processes in compliance. The agenda focuses on the needs and interests of the individual attendees, providing a sound understanding for a strong foundation in food safety and prerequisite programs. Internal Auditor Training
This course includes the fundamentals of Auditing HACCP and Management Systems while incorporating techniques and auditing to a specific standard. Case studies and standards focus on the interests and needs of our attendees and their specific operations.

HACCP Plan Development
This course teaches the principles of HACCP with a realistic application to specific industries. Each course is designed around the attendees and their individual operations.We are especially proud to announce that this workshop meets the requirements for SQF HACCP training and is approved by the International HACCP Alliance. Advanced HACCP
"Validation and Verification" This course offers an excellent forum to learn more about maintaining an effective HACCP Program. This course is approved by the International HACCP Alliance and all participants who complete the workshop will be awarded the gold seal. Prerequisite for attending the Advanced HACCP workshop: We require evidence of your previous attendance at a basic HACCP Plan Development workshop, seminar, or course. Combined HACCP Workshops
Combine the HACCP Workshops. STAY THE WHOLE WEEK — LEARN AND SAVE! This combined course includes all the principles of HACCP and the application and maintenance of an effective HACCP program. This course is approved by the International HACCP Alliance and each attendee who completes the workshop will receive a certificate with the International HACCP Alliance gold seal. Each course is limited in numbers so that it may address the concerns of each attendee.
Additional luncheon guests
You are welcome to invite a guest to join you at lunch. There will be an additional cost of $30 for each guest. You will need to contact Jade at (407) 290-2754 if you want to bring a guest to lunch since she will need to make arrangements in advance with the catering company. You will be charged separately for this.
