October 14-17, 2008: The Greening of Business

How can both small and large businesses begin to "think green"? What can businesses do today to save money and become environmental leaders in their communities?

Suppose a company wants to be green: where do they begin? The definitions given for "green" and "sustainability." Is a consultant needed to make the transition to "green"? Insights presented for planning and practices that every business, regardless of size, can do to make their businesses more sustainable.

Learn more about environmental (ISO 140001) and health and safety (ISO 18000) requirements. Discussions on project management tools and how to approach the world of "green" through cost savings and performing internal gap analyses.

Teaches the principles of HACCP and realistic application to specific industries—International HACCP Alliance Gold seal earned by participation.

October 22-24, 2008: Advanced HACCP

Excellent forum to learn more about maintaining an effective HACCP Program—International HACCP Alliance Gold seal earned by participants.

October 20-24, 2008: Combined HACCP Workshop—take both workshops and SAVE.

November 3 - 7, 2008: Internal Quality Auditing: Quality Management System (ISO 22000); and Food Safety Management System:

Familiarization with SQF, ISO 22000, ISO14001, and 18001.

November 18-20, 2008: HACCP Prerequisite Programs

A workshop dedicated to the development and maintenance of HACCP prerequisite programs. Prerequisite programs are the foundation to an effective HACCP Plan.

February 9-11, 2009: HACCP Plan Development

Teaches the principles of HACCP and realistic application to specific industries—International HACCP Alliance Gold seal earned by participation.

February 11-13, 2009: Advanced HACCP

Excellent forum to learn more about maintaining an effective HACCP Program—International HACCP Alliance Gold seal earned by participants.

February 9-13, 2009: Combined HACCP Workshop—take both workshops and SAVE.
