Preventive Controls for Animal Food (PCQI)

Our course is taught by an FSPCA Preventive Controls for Animal Food Lead Instructor with an assistant instructor. Upon completing the curriculum, you will meet the requirements of a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) who can manage a food safety Preventive Controls program for Animal Food and/or Feed applications, in accordance with the Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Controls Rule of the US Food and Drug Administration (21 CFR 507).

This course is offered at the Drury Inn and Suites in Orlando.
