Process Auditing

One-day workshop/Two-day workshop (on-site only)

The focus of this one-day workshop is on defining processes, determining the audit requirements related to the scope, follow-up and steps that add value and depth to an internal audit program. Attendees are given the opportunity to practice on their own audit programs during break-out sessions, utilizing process auditing skills. Attendees are also encouraged to focus on their current systems including procedures, work instructions and forms, and make any updates necessary to be more efficient. This workshop also includes exercises related to all aspects of process auditing, focusing primarily on the elements that will affect their own organization.

This workshop may be extended to two-days if the training is done at the company’s own site. This will allow the company’s internal auditors an opportunity to be hands-on with their practice audits, based on their own particular company and internal audit procedures.

NOTE: You must show proof of attending an Internal Auditor workshop before taking this workshop. A copy of your attendance certificate will be sufficient.
