Roy has a diverse background in Food Safety, Quality and Manufacturing for Beverage and is considered a subject matter expert among his colleagues in many Beverage Processes,
Roy’s experience includes 35 years in a variety of processes including citrus processing, concentrate manufacturing, tank farm management, retail manufacturing for frozen, chilled, shelf stable, Aseptic that is packaged in Tetra Pak, Glass, PET, Aluminum, Bag in Box and Bulk for brands such as Minute Maid, Tropicana, Dole, SoBe, Arizona, Juicy Juice, Gatorade, Hi-C, Snapple, Lipton, etc.
Roy has held positions from Quality Lab Technician to Vice President of Technical Services throughout his career with The Coca-Cola Company, Cutrale Citrus Juices, Juice Bowl Products and Pepsi-Cola.
Food Safety and Quality KPIs have consistently been met and exceeded along with no recalls having ever occurred under Roy's watch as a Quality and Food Safety Professional.
Multiple specifications, procedures, policies related to the development of Food Safety and Quality Systems written by Roy have been applied by multiple Food and Beverage facilities and remain in effect today.

Fruit Juice and Juice Concentrate formulation for manufacturing finished product through inventory management by Grade, Ratio and Variety

Research Loss Analysis for ingredients, primary and secondary packaging, chemical usage, damage, utilities, and provide remedies for corrective and preventive actions
