FSSC 22000 (Version 7) Implementation & Compliance This two-day interactive course provides a comprehensive foundation for understanding the requirements needed to implement, maintain, and sustain an effective and compliant FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System under Version 7. The program reflects the most recent updates introduced by FSSC, including the revised structure aligned with ISO 22003 1:2022, updated food chain categories, strengthened requirements for food defense and food fraud mitigation, enhanced environmental monitoring expectations, and the integration of the new ISO 22002 series PRP updates. Participants will gain practical insight into how Version 7 impacts certification, audit readiness, and ongoing system performance. The course emphasizes real world application of best practices and is tailored to the needs of each attendee’s facility, industry sector, and operational challenges. Our instructors, including Debby Newslow, bring decades of hands-on experience in food safety management, supported by the principles outlined in her book Food Safety Management Programs: Applications, Best Practices, and Compliance. Their expertise ensures that attendees leave with actionable knowledge and confidence in applying Version 7 requirements within their organizations. Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up to 15 days prior to the start of the workshop. Any registrant who cancels within this time frame will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee*. If a registrant cancels between the 5th – 14th day preceding the workshop, the participants will have the option to attend a future class within one year of the original workshop or receive a 50% refund minus the cancellation fee*. No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring 5 days or less before the start of the workshop. If you cannot attend a workshop, you may send an alternate from your company to the same workshop. You need to notify our office immediately by phone (407) 290-2754 if you need to make any changes. If D. L. Newslow & Associates, Inc. has to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, death in family, hurricane, etc.), you will receive a full refund of your registration fee or you will be able to apply it to another workshop. *Note: The cancellation fee is defined as 25% of the total cost, up to a maximum of $200 per workshop.
