Our experienced team members are prepared to assist your team whether in preparing for initial certification, performing a gap assessment prior to your annual audit, or with a workshop that provides the current requirements along with best practices.

Our one to two-day workshop focuses on the most current version of the BRCGS’s (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standard) food safety fundamentals Revision 9 (current version). This standard has provided a focus on food safety evolving over the years with focus on the consumer for over 25 years. Participants will receive a detailed understanding of the most current version of BRCGS, including the most up-to-date vocabulary, the framework for compliance, and an overview of auditing and certification of BRCGS systems. You will also learn techniques for value-added internal audits. Course content includes a solid foundation to help meet the requirements for the Food Safety Team Leader including specific emphasis on the requirements to define, implement, maintain, and continually improve a BRCGS compliant management system relevant to your site’s scope of certification. Course curriculum includes a review of the BRCGS current requirements and the relationship of these with the foundational rules of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA 2011). Our highly qualified instructors have years of experience in both certification body administration and industry compliance. We offer insight you won’t find anywhere else. Who will benefit: A must for suppliers, consultants, food processors, packaging manufacturers, trainers, and anyone else interested in learning about the most recent version of the BRCGS GFSI-benchmarked program (CPOs).

Note that this workshop can be designed for your operation with either the focus on the requirements of the current version of the standard, focus more on applying the requirements to an effective internal audit program or a combination of both.
