Our one to two-day workshop focuses on the most current version of the BRCGS’s (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standard) food safety fundamentals Revision 9 (current version). This standard has provided a focus on food safety evolving over the years with focus on the consumer for over 25 years. Participants will receive a detailed understanding of the most current version of BRCGS, including the most up-to-date vocabulary, the framework for compliance, and an overview of auditing and certification of BRCGS systems. You will also learn techniques for value-added internal audits. Course content includes a solid foundation to help meet the requirements for the Food Safety Team Leader including specific emphasis on the requirements to define, implement, maintain, and continually improve a BRCGS compliant management system relevant to your site’s scope of certification. Course curriculum includes a review of the BRCGS current requirements and the relationship of these with the foundational rules of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA 2011). Our highly qualified instructors have years of experience in both certification body administration and industry compliance. We offer insight you won’t find anywhere else.
