From the moment we set up our booth to the final panel discussion, the energy, insights, and camaraderie were off the charts. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat, share stories, and geek out over food safety with us. Your enthusiasm made our experience unforgettable!

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Rick Biros with Food Safety Tech and the entire crew behind the Consortium. Despite the curveball of a government shutdown (yes, really!), Rick and his team pulled off a fantastic event. Attendance actually increased from previous years. The quality of the sessions and the spirit of the community was amazing.

This year’s Consortium was packed with thought-provoking discussions and practical takeaways. One of the standout themes was how the food industry is evolving to embrace food safety culture, not just compliance, but cultivating values that drive safety, quality, and trust. It’s exciting to see how companies are rethinking their internal culture and reaping the benefits.

It was wonderful reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones. The networking opportunities were golden, whether it was swapping stories over coffee or diving into the latest tech solutions during breakout sessions. We all share the same mission: keeping food safe and our communities healthy.

Here are a few events I would like to highlight which we thought were particularly useful. “Ask the Experts” Panels: These were a hit! Real-time Q&A with industry leaders gave us fresh perspectives on persistent challenges. Workshops & Training: From traceability tech to allergen control, the hands-on sessions were top-notch. Inclusive Sessions: Big-picture insights on regulatory trends and public health priorities helped us think ahead. Exhibit Hall Buzz: So many innovative tools and services on display, we’re still sorting through all the brochures!

We left feeling inspired, informed, and more connected than ever. Thanks again to everyone who made this event so special. We recommend you attend next year’s consortium. We know you will benefit from all the knowledge, experience, and resources all under one roof. Once again, thank you to the planners and the attendees.
