Join us in California! In‑Person HACCP & SQF 10 Food Safety Workshops This February 2027
California In‑Person Food Safety Workshops Courses
Food safety work becomes clearer when people can sit together, ask real questions, and test ideas against real production challenges. That’s why our California In‑Person Food Safety Workshops remain one of the most valuable ways to strengthen your team’s skills and confidence.
This February, we’re offering two back‑to‑back courses designed to help food safety professionals build stronger hazard controls and understand how SQF requirements apply in daily operations:
Food Safety HACCP Plan Development - February 23–24, 2027
SQF 10: Understanding & Implementation - February 25–26, 2027
Both workshops take place at the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country in beautiful Petaluma, California.
Why These Workshops Matter
Online training has its place, but HACCP and SQF benefit from hands‑on discussion. These courses help participants turn standards, forms, hazards, and audit language into practical decisions they can use back at the plant.
In-person training gives your team the chance to:

Work through real examples step-by-step
Ask site-specific questions
Compare approaches with peers
Practice using food safety tools
Build confidence before applying the material at work
This format supports everyone from experienced managers to supervisors, sanitation leads, quality technicians, and new food safety professionals.
HACCP Plan Development (Feb 23–24)
This course helps teams build stronger, clearer HACCP plans that reflect real production conditions. Participants learn how to:
Identify hazards and determine controls
Verify flow diagrams and process step
Establish critical limits and monitoring procedures
Strengthen corrective actions
Build records that support the plan
Whether your team is updating an existing plan or building one from scratch, this workshop provides practical tools to improve hazard-based decision-making.
SQF 10 Training (Feb 25–26)
SQF certification depends on programs that truly function—not just checklists. This course helps participants understand:
How SQF requirements are organized
What auditors look for as objective evidence
How food safety plans and prerequisite programs fit together
How to prepare for audits without last-minute stress
How to spot gaps in documentation and practice
Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how SQF connects to daily operations across production, sanitation, maintenance, training, supplier management, and more.

-Quality assurance managers
